Reporters, Sources and Shield Laws

“Shielding the Press: Should Reporters Ever Have to Reveal Their Sources?” will be the topic of a presentation on Monday, Nov. 19, sponsored by the Northwest Connecticut Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union of Connecticut.

The event, which will begin at 6 p.m. at the Rooster Tail Inn, 11 Cornwall Road in Warren, will be free and open to the public.

The speakers will be Keith R. Johnson, a former foreign correspondent for Time and senior editor of Fortune, and John Miller, a former writer for NBC Nightly News and the Today show.
